MEETINGS

District Operating Committee (DOC) meetings are open to the MYSA membership. Meetings are generally held the second Saturday of every month, 9:00 am– 12:00 noon at the MYSA office.

If you would like to attend, you may notify your District Director or the MYSA office in advance, or just stop by. If you are presenting on behalf of a team or club, you are encouraged to give advance notification to your District Director or the VP of Leagues, Michael Sherrill. Presentations are conducted at the beginning of the meeting and each presenter is given five minutes.

DOCUMENTS

Over the last year or so, the MYSA District Operating Committee has been working to update its Outline of Procedures and Standards document. This document outlines the District Operating Committee’s procedures and standards for handling residency requests, player transfers/releases, placement of a new team, promotion/relegation and others. If you have any questions about this document, please contact your District Director or MYSA VP of Leagues Michael Sherrill.
